Why join the Friends?
The support of our members is invaluable. Your financial contribution helps to support our work to hire students, enhance park programs and host special events. We routinely reach out to our members about volunteering at events or participating in special meetings, and we value your ideas about the work of the Friends. Important news or information about upcoming events is delivered right to your inbox!
Our membership fee is just $10. The membership year is from April 1 to March 31. Members joining after Oct. 1 receive membership extending to March 31 of the subsequent membership year.
To become a member or to renew a membership, please send payment using one of the following methods:
- E-transfer friendsofmurphyspointpark@yahoo.ca (please specify the number of memberships in your payment and include your mailing address)
- Send a cheque payable to Friends of Murphys Point Park, 2243 ElmGrove Road, Perth, ON K7H 3C7 (please indicate the number of memberships and your mailing address)
Donations over and above your membership dues are gratefully received and you will receive a tax receipt for the donation amount.
