On Saturday, Oct. 25 we have our fundraising Geoheritage Tour. Those people who drive by rock cuts on the Canadian Shield on a daily basis will be astounded by their story and their up-close beauty. Same goes for the landscaped rocks that have been so artistically placed around the Crystal Palace in Perth. Oh, and how often do you get the chance to walk into a mine with a retired geology professor, a professional prospector and a biologist? The event runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and lunch is provided. Cost for this fundraiser for the Friends if $50 per person. Please book your tickets by noon on Wednesday, Oct. 22 by clicking here. We hope to see you! (Please note our PA Day Activity has been cancelled.)
Welcome! Watch this space for upcoming activities.
PLEASE NOTE
