The Friends have some fun activities lined up for your Holiday Monday (Aug. 7)

At 10:30am join us for some traditional fun activities at the Main Beach with Heritage Games.

From 11am-1pm is the Discovery Zone (Come Explore With Us!) “Who Was Here?” You may not always get to see animals in the park, but they’re out there! Join us at the Main Beach for this Discovery Drop-in and we will set you up to explore, observe and discover the variety of signs wildlife leave behind. Who knows what you might find? Bring along your Discovery Activity Book or pick one up at the Meet-up.

From 11am-1pm the Friends are hosting a BBQ on the Beach. Bring some money and support the Friends of Murphys Point Park. Hot dogs, hamburgers, etc.
